The staff at Sullivan Tire and Auto Service has always been extremely courteous. They've always been honest and offered good insights into what I needed to have done to my vehicles. Also, they don't overcharge me like some auto repair places have in the past. They let me know what needs done immediately, and what can safely be put off until my next service appointment so my repairs stay under budget. They also offer a shuttle service while your car is being worked on so you can be dropped off at work and still get your repairs completed.

I have always had a good experience with Sullivan's. I have been going to either the Fall River or Fairhaven shop for four years, and the staff is always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Just got back home. Looked at my receipt. Maintenance and protection plan, which is listed as a recommended service plan, was included and charged for $92 without asking me. Disrespectful and not an accident. I "recommend" better training and salesmanship.
you better have a compressor been back 3 times tires still leak o its my rims the rims are like brand new staff sucks never again
