Each appointment I've had has been great. I get seen within minutes of arriving. I am well informed by staff as to what they are doing and am treated professionally.
My visit with Dr. Natalie entailed a post and core filling. I arrived and was seen within 5 minutes of sitting down.The procedure was absolutely painless and performed quickly enough that I was on my way within the hour. Dr. Natalie is very personable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure, her assistant as well was very nice. I asked questions beforehand on what was going to happen for this process and she explained in a simple yet comprehensive manner. Music of my choice was played in the background and I was comfortable and relaxed (I am NOT someone who ever associates relaxed with dental care). Afterward, she discussed what would be done next (since I am in need of some extensive work) and was understanding that I would soon max out on my dental insurance and would have to pay out of pocket. We determined together what would be next and assured me we will get everything corrected in a way that was best for me and my budget. I would only not rate it as "Loved it" because, who really can say they love dental work? :)
