Also, this review came about because of the poor customer service at the Dartmouth, MA paint department. The last 3 times I went to purchase paint there, the machine was down, the other time I waited a very long time before being helped and the time last (why I went to Fairhaven, MA instead) because I waited about 20mins, asked 4 separate associates for help to get paint. I will not go there any longer. Much better service in Fairhaven over Dartmouth. Thank You.
Always I get the worst costumer service experience so I’m at work my self and I’m trying to find out if there’s a toddler bed available for my child and like 5 people asked me the same question they even transferred me to electronics
I went in for food for my dogs. I ended up getting the food, 5 pair of summer sneakers on clearance at $3.00 a pair. Also bought my great grandson 3 cute summer rompers & then was able to get bibs to match. So cute. Toilet tissue was also on sale 24/ 1000 sheet rolls of Scott for $12.99. All in all a good day to shop at Walmart in Fairhaven.
Lesson: There is never "nothing you can do" to deliver quality customer service.

This past Friday I went to purchase paint at the Fairhaven, MA Walmart and was helped by a "Kevin" in the paint department. About a month ago I purchased paint and again was helped by him. His customer service was excellent!!! He was very professional and courteous and you could tell he took pride in his job.
Not only are associates unfriendly, today I decided to buy a kitchen table with 4 chairs. When asking an associate to help me find someone for a carry out because it was heavy and I could not lift it at all because I'm pregnant. She actually ignored me walking away from me, so then I had to find someone else. Then I finally got someone who called for a young fellow who helped me out very much. When I came home to finally have my new $200 kitchen table set up. I find out one of the chairs is broken. Now I knew there would be some thing defected. I assumed it would be minor and be an easy fix. Now I have to bring it back for one chair that is broken. It's these little things that could be avoid. As a pregnant women, going back and forth with this .... It's nonsense !!!!!! Specially with associates that can care less what your problem is.
