Great Friendly Service
Just left the store and Becky was very freindly and helpful.
I came by at 4:01, one second after closing because my GPS had taken me to a wrong location. the woman was yelling at me through the glass and so rude. I can't believe she works with people. if I had caught her name I would call corporate and report her for yelling at me. wish there was a drop off box.
Very bad
Employee rushed me through processes to help other customers, told me my package would be late if I didn't sign the paperwork first told me it would be packaged after I left and for me to leave the store. It was an expensive necklace and showed up in a bubble mailer broken when I requested a box. She then told me when I returned to the store it was my fault for the packaging and tried rushing me out of the store again without explanation or status of the claim not before making a comment about the recent passing of my father during my time of grieving. The employee continues to be rude and I will most likely be left with a broken necklace and no help of insurance money from UPS.
