Gorgeous views! Great place to take a walk or sit and relax! Beautiful beach in the summer and an awesome playground for the kids. One of my absolute favorite places!

Oh my goodness what can I say about Fort Phoenix it's a beautiful place to visit to live on the beach is absolutely wonderful the atmosphere it's just it's just uplifting definitely visit here definitely definitely I love in the summertime they have all the kind of festivals and in the winter time they have different activities and light lighting shows around the neighborhood so please visit

Close & easy to get to. Views of the bay & the islands off in the distance can be seen on a clear day. City lights off to the right are pretty at night. Watching the fishing boats go in and out has been a favorite activity for some of the older men for years. Not the biggest beach, but it's clean for the most part and is family friendly. The lot closes early, (8pm?) But maybe they need to do that to keep trouble out. Besides the beach itself, there are tennis courts, a nice size park, and the fort with all its history to share with everyone. The evidence of cannon hardware creates a sense of curiosity in how people lived and defended our coast years ago. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets make for some amazing photography.

Always a relaxing place to spend some time or the day. The sunrise is beautiful there and the people are nice too. One of my favorite spots.

Beautiful scenery quant Historical Town Where Oil Tycoon Henry Huttelston Rodgers built many beautiful buildings and the High School and Mark Twain used to stay in the old Tabathy Inn which is now Our Lady's nursing home in center of town I'm proud to have grown up here
