Great fresh fried fish sandwich for $5.95. Thought at first that's kinda steep, but it's big and it came with pickles and a generous side of fries. I took it to go but won't make that mistake again.
My family and friends have also declared their disappointment in the inferior food and are not going to return also. They nominated me to write this review.
I hope the owner reads this and changes it back to what it used to be.
Amazing seafood. Clams weren't cooked properly on last visit but that's very rare. Eating outside the resturant is an awesome option as well. There's not really much scenic value in it though. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
We have gone to jeans seafood for many many years and it was delicious. However, something has gone terribly wrong since they sold it. The food has gone downhill. The seafood has no flavor. The clams were rock hard and had the flavor of cardboard, the fish was dry and sooooo greasy. The scallops on the other hand were tender and more flavorful than the other seafood. What we have noticed is they prepare the food and put it in draws and leave it there till someone comes in and orders it.
The best place to get fried seafood. The prices are not bad for the amount you get either!
We have gone back 3 times in hopes it was going to get better. But today was our last visit. We miss the great, flavorful, freshly made seafood.
It's a nice, local seafood restaurant. Their prices aren't too bad and their food is delicious. I love to get their clam cakes. They're a must-try!
