The owner sucks but i love to skate. Have had several issue With charlene and she is very rude to everyone including the staff.
Charlene whom I believe is the owner there is very discriminating .no wonder why people come and go
Plenty of parking, hours are weird. Prices are way too high for parties. We have gone there for events hosted by my kids school and the floors and seating are all worn and dingy. Kids were falling everywhere it was an accident zone for sure. Need more order and assertive staff; all I saw was inexperienced teens. I give 3 stars because this is a nice indoor activity for young ones but facility could be better.
The skating was great. My kids had a blast. It was clean. My only exception would be to make sure to feed your kids before coming unless you just like pizza. There were giant signs that said, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, hot dogs etc. Every item my kids asked for they did not have. At one point I ended up asking what they do have. They told us they could pretty much make us a whole pizza and that they hadn't had any of the other items for weeks.
I have gone many times and I personally don't like to skate but I love to hang out there with my friends, for almost 4 months I went every Friday and I never skated I just walked around and talked without skates on( I did bring my own skates if I wanted to skate) Then out of nowhere one night one of the staff told me I wasn't able to just walk around, but other kids and almost every adult didn't have skates on and I felt it was rude.
