This is a poorly managed store. Always sold out of basic items. No express checkout lanes. Terrible service. Workers all seem miserable & shuffle around slowly. Aisles too crowded with freestanding displays, congesting human traffic. Needs new leadership!
I also noticed that just today, the woman there scanned one of my purchases twice, so I had to pay for two when I only got one. I wish I could go back and have my money returned to me but I'm sure they wouldn't believe me.
I'm handicapped and every time I visit Stop & Shop in Fairhaven MA I meet the kindest people willing to help me.
Only grocery store in town. Always out of products. The staff is nice but management lacks. Often findng myself dealing with crowds at Market basket to avoid the high prices and lack of stock at Stop and Shop
The atmosphere is really nice and friendly here but there seems to always be only a few cash registers open. The people working them don't always ask you for your stop n shop card, so you get stuck paying full price.
Long lines..all the time. Another multi- million dollar corporation unwilling to pay a decent wage or for more cashiers to be in place. Corporate greed at its sinister best.
